Winter Wonder Lights November 28 - December 28
The creatures are stirring this holiday season at The Wildlife Experience! Plan an escape this season for a fun and magical journey to the North Pole and a whimsical display of lights. Each weekend night (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from November 28 through December 28, The Wildlife Experience presents Winter WonderLights, a winter festival steeped in holiday cheer and fun family festivities.

The winter journey begins with the Nature Trail - a path around The Wildlife Experience lined with beautiful sculpture - as guests make their way from one spectacular display of lights to another, with themes such as Candy Cane Lane, Polar Pass and Snowflake Junction. Escape the cold with a cup of cocoa from one of the stations along the path and get a family picture with dazzling Winter WonderLights backdrop, or with one of the many stunning sculptures found along the path!

Winter Wonder Lights After guests have completed their jovial around the Nature Trail, they encounter the whimsical Winter WonderVille - a village full of winter charm and merriment where a duet of music and lights delight the senses with a jovial concert. Guests enter the enchanting Winter WonderVille and are instantly transported to the magical world of the North Pole. Live reindeer gallivant around the town as elves keep busy by entertaining and spreading good cheer to WonderVille's guests. A specially decorated Holiday Tree displays the various holiday traditions from around the world, as well as provides a gathering point for a multitude of entertainment.

Throughout the village, families are welcomed to a variety of snowy villas where children can learn how to make their own holiday masterpieces from Santa's elves in the Elf Playhouse, purchase holiday gifts from the Toy Workshop and visit with Mr. and Mrs. Claus as they warm by the fire in the Claus' Living room. Each villa provides a new encounter of holiday traditions, new and old, cheerful elves and clever ornamental trimmings.

Winter Wonder Lights Holiday revelers can escape the winter chill in Mrs. Claus' kitchen to enjoy fresh-baked treats and take part in cookie decorating. Additionally, visitors to Winter WonderVille can enjoy the sweet offerings at the Candy Cane Junction, where a variety of festive candies and old fashioned favorites are available to enjoy. Educational opportunities await families in the Winter Wildlife Warehouse to learn about favorite winter animals, such as the arctic fox, polar bears, orca whales.and many more! Last, but certainly not least, is the Polar Bear Post Office. Here, children can create their personalized letter to Santa Claus, or even send a letter or mirthful greetings to their friends and relatives.

To complete the Winter WonderLights journey, visitors are invited to warm up in the Extreme Screen Theater with a showing of the original animated, How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Start a new tradition with your family and The Wildlife Experience - we'll see you and yours at Winter WonderLights!
