Join us on Saturday, April 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a special Earth Day themed Family Fun Day. Kids can test their animal and nature knowledge against habitat trivia and participate in arts and crafts. Additionally, they can have their faces painted, get temporary tattoos, enjoy story time, and see live animal demonstrations. Continue the Earth Day celebration with more activities at The Wildlife Experience on Sunday, April 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The journey begins with a photo for family passports that visitors can take to the different waypoints throughout the museum as visitors learn about wildlife and natural habitats. After visitors complete their passport journey they will be given a special gift to take home. Travel to different ecosystems of the world and take on the challenging wildlife trivia. Guests can learn how reusable household items can be transformed into works of art in the Recycle Room. Additionally, the Mountain Aire Reptile Rescue and Sanctuary will be giving a special live animal demonstration.
