About Project InSECT

Project InSECT by Jessa and James Huebing-Reitinger is a national hit, pairing visual and performance art with science to create an interactive and one-of-a-kind exhibition.   Hosted by science museums, zoos, and art museums, and supported by entomologists and their research, the Project educates the public about the science of entomology using live performance art.  Artist Jessa Huebing-Reitinger paints larger-than-life bugs live before of her audiences, while James Huebing-Reitinger further educates visitors with skits, stories, lectures and even insect tattoo painting.  This is a truly unique experience not to be missed!
