The Wildlife Experience Welcomes You to The Jungle
For A Jungle Boogie Birthday Bash
DENVER – August 6, 2004 - The Wildlife Experience has a birthday coming up and invites you to a wild birthday party to help celebrate two years of success.
Join us for a wild ‘jungle boogie' fundraising event on September 10, 2004 to celebrate the second anniversary of The Wildlife Experience, the premier community attraction in south Denver and Douglas County. The banquet hall, atrium and courtyard will be decorated in jungle décor, complete with tiki torches, giant palm trees and sounds from the deep jungles. The cuisine will be wild and plentiful, including “jungle” hors d'oeuvres, a tropical feast for dinner that includes wine and a gourmet birthday cake. Enjoy our creative cocktails, such as Jungletinis and Jungle Juice as well as beer, wine and other non-alcoholic beverages.
The evening's entertainment, sponsored by UMB Bank, will include live performances from the Hazel Miller Band , stand up comedian Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald, harpist Patty Greer, and percussion inventions by Bataki . An interactive “marketplace” will be available where guests may purchase a variety of items and enjoy several live demonstrations, such as basket weaving, mask making and jewelry making. To make the evening unforgettable, guests will be able to capture the night forever with a complimentary photograph from our exclusive event photography company, “See It Now.” The evening would not be complete without a fabulous silent auction that will offer a plethora of wonderful items up for auction.
Jungle Boogie Birthday Bash begins at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 2004, and will end at 11 p.m. Tickets for the event will be $100 per person, or $190 per couple. We are offering six uniquely themed and custom-designed sponsor tables—designed by JS Design—that seat 10. Themes include “Monkey Business” and “Banana Rama.” These unique sponsor tables are $2,500, which includes special gifts and a masterful centerpiece for the lucky winner to take home. Other tables of 10 are also available for $850.
