Spring EGGstravaganza at The Wildlife Experience
Saturday, April 19, 2003

DENVER - April 4, 2003 - Colorado’s newest cultural attraction, The Wildlife Experience, will host Spring EGGstravaganza," an eggstraordinary event to celebrate the coming of spring. The museum invites visitors of all ages to the festivities, Saturday, April 19, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Springtime crafts, games, face painting and temporary tattoos, a potato sack race, and the opportunity to be photographed with the Spring Bunny are only a few of the event’s eggciting surprises. Between activities, guests will fill up their bags with candy and toys from booths lining the museum’s atrium, great hall and courtyard.

Also, the museum’s unique galleries will be open during the EGGstravaganza. Besides enjoying our changing exhibits, visitors can stop by the Children’s Gallery to play interactive wildlife video games, and can explore Vanishing Africa and the Great Plains of the American West in our natural history galleries.
Admission is free for children aged 4 and under, $3 for children aged 5-12, and $6 for adults. Admission includes a candy bag, participation in all activities, and entrance to all exhibits. Also, a gift shop and a full-service café with special springtime treats are open to all visitors. The museum is located at 10035 South Peoria St., Parker, Colorado, one mile east of I-25 at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and South Peoria Street.

One of the primary goals of The Wildlife Experience is to instill a love and respect of all things wild through education and example, and inspire those who visit the museum and it’s unique galleries to become involved in conservation efforts.
